Q:What are the most important do's and don't;s when I think I have bed Bugs A: Check out this great link for comprehensive advice on what to do, and not to do, when you suspect that you have a bed bug problem.
Q:What if my items are delicate or wool? A:We assess every item before treatment. That’s why we ask you to use clear bags — it helps us spot delicate fabrics right away. If anything needs special care, we’ll contact you before treating it.
Q: How soon can I get service? Most pickups happen within 24–48 hours. If you’re in a rush, just ask — we’ll do our best to accommodate same-day pickups when possible.
Q:Why are bed bugs so hard to get rid of A: Bed bugs may be small, but they are built for survival. They flatten themselves out and slip into the tiniest spots. You might find them behind peeling wallpaper, under a light switch plate, or deep in the seams of your mattress. To get rid of them, every single one has to be found and killed, which is harder than it sounds.
The real trouble is how quickly they multiply. One female can lay around 500 eggs in her lifetime. Within a few months her offspring are laying eggs too. In a normal home, where the temperature stays between 70 and 82 degrees, they can go through three or four generations in a year. What starts as a small problem can grow into a major infestation very quickly.
Even without food, bed bugs can hang on for a long time. Adults have been recorded living more than 500 days without a blood meal. Young ones can last for months. This means leaving a house empty for a while does not solve the problem. They will still be there waiting.
They are also good at avoiding things that are meant to kill them. Bed bugs can detect certain chemical smells and may stay away from areas where cleaners or pesticides have been used. Some groups have even developed resistance to common sprays, which makes chemical treatment less effective.
To fully get rid of them, you have to tackle every possible hiding spot. Clothes, bedding, and linens all need to be washed, often more than once. Mattresses and couches have to be checked and treated seam by seam. Cracks in the walls need sealing, wallpaper has to be fixed or removed, and carpets need to be vacuumed and treated. Dressers and drawers should be emptied and cleaned. Clutter has to be cleared so they have fewer places to hide. Only then do you stand a real chance of beating them.
Q: Do I need to be home for pickup? A:Nope! You can leave your bags in a secure spot, and we’ll coordinate everything with you ahead of time.
Q: Can you help with dry cleaning? Yes. We can drop off your items at a local dry cleaner after treating them in our heat chamber. You pay only the dry cleaner’s fee, we don’t charge anything extra for this service.
Q: Can I have a different drop-off location than pickup? A:Yes, absolutely. Just let us know the details when you book.

Deposit: $200 on the day of pickup
Second payment: 50% of the remaining balance after we weigh your laundry
Final payment: The other 50% of the remaining balance on delivery day

Remaining balance: $300
Second payment: $150 after I send the weight and cost
Final payment: $150 on delivery day
Q: Can you deliver the treated items to a different address than the pickup location? A: Yes, we can! Just let us know the delivery address when booking or anytime before delivery.
