Q: How soon can I get service?
Most pickups happen within 24–48 hours. If you’re in a rush, just ask — we’ll do our best to accommodate same-day pickups when possible.
Q: Do I need to be home for pickup?
Nope! You can leave your bags in a secure spot, and we’ll coordinate everything with you ahead of time.
Q: Can you help with dry cleaning?
Yes. We can drop off your items at a local dry cleaner after treating them in our heat chamber. You pay only the dry cleaner’s fee — we don’t charge anything extra for this service.
Q: Can I have a different drop-off location than pickup?
Yes, absolutely. Just let us know the details when you book.
